For the month of April, we will be posting online school tips. Today’s is about balance. As the picture says, balance is very important, especially now. It’s so easy to be caught up in a YouTube video or to be working for hours in a row. However, it is scientifically proven to be better to take short breaks while working or studying. A tool to look into could be a pomodoro app which will set 25 minute timers for work and a 5 minute timer to rest.
